Round-the-clock work to complete spindle motor repair for customer

A quick turnaround was ordered for this AC spindle motor repair, as the customer in Stockport didn't have a spare for the machine.

There were challenges to overcome:

• Specialist bearings were required

• The non-drive end housing was badly worn

• The job was urgent
