Group External Sales Representative
Position Overview
Westin Engineering Group are customer focused and have a breadth of staff with decades of experience in specifying and distributing electromechanical and electronic products. They are well established within the industrial, offshore and maritime markets, and have customers dating back 30+ years.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to carry out external sales for the Engineering Group as a whole. You will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for sourcing and generating business for the complete offering of the group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical sales activities.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights to your manager.

Identify new market opportunities and carryout business development initiatives.

Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience
-
Minimum three years of proven sales experience

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
