Each job has its own four-page assessment schedule. This is used to summarise the mechanical, electrical, electronic and/or software faults found by the assessing engineers.
It is used by the workshop manager to add up the costs necessary to effect the repair and, usually, to make suggestions about how to avoid the possibility of a recurrence.
